Expanding the Boundaries
In an increasingly technical age, NPCA works
to continually improve quality throughout the precast concrete
industry by offering courses that teach the latest in skills,
techniques and processes. Members and nonmembers alike are
welcome to reap the benefits of courses, and seminars for
owners, managers, plant production workers, engineers and
specifiers.
Overview of NPCA Education:
Precast University
Now you can take charge of your career with a clear path to NPCA’s Master Precaster designation. NPCA’s Precast University made
its debut in February 2009 and offers precast-specific training with comprehensive programs for production, safety, technical, quality
control and leadership. Get certified in one or more of these critical areas – or go all the way to the top of your profession with
NPCA’s Master Precaster designation.
Offered throughout the year at various locations across the United States and annually during The Precast Show, Precast University
coursework gives you the tools and the credibility to advance your career by learning from the leading experts in the industry.
Association
Leadership School

Annual
Convention
Formerly known as the Industry Outlook Conference (IOC), the
Annual Convention is held every fall, offers a precast-specific,
focused learning atmosphere. The Annual Convention education
sessions give precasters the tools to tackle future challenges
and stay ahead of the competition. In addition to presenting
nationally known speakers, Annual Convention education may include
topical roundtable discussions that enable precasters to share
common problems and discuss possible solutions.
The Precast Show
Education
NPCA education courses are held in conjunction with The Precast Show are sponsored
by NPCA and ACPA. Approximately 100
hours of education is offered. Courses are focused on management and leadership, advanced technical, production and safety, finance, quality and sustainability tracks.
Multiple-day schools are also offered.

Educational training is the wisest investment

at any time.

educational course since October 2000, you can track their

Over the years, NPCA has offered hundreds of courses relating to the precast concrete industry in such areas as Advanced Technical, Management and Leadership, Production and Safety, Quality, Finance, and Sustainability.
