Douglas G. Hoskin Award - Annual Top Producer
The individual who recruits the most new members in a year will receive the Douglas G. Hoskin Award (an engraved crystal trophy) and his or per name on the Douglas G. Hoskin plaque at the NPCA headquarters.

The Douglas G. Hoskin Award is one of NPCA’s highest honors. Presented since 1965, the Douglas G. Hoskin Award recognizes the NPCA member who has recruited more new members in a year than any other member. The trophy is presented at NPCA’s Annual Convention.
