Willful Up to $70,000 (minimum $5,000)
Willful w/ fatality $250,000 to $500,000 or 6 months in prison or both
Willful w/ fatality (2nd conviction) $250,000 to $500,000 or 1 year in prison or both
Repeated $70,000 ($5,000 minimum)
Failure to abate $7,000 per day
